JAMMU, Sept 21: The State Government has accorded sanction for constitution of State Level Project Review Committee for Himayat Scheme as per the guidelines of Deen Dayal Upadhya-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).
The committee, headed by Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, shall evaluate and approve the proposals of Project Implementing Agencies and allot targets, set areas of operation and project framework for implementation of Himayat scheme as per DDU-GKY guidelines.
Mission Director, J&K State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) is Member Secretary of the Committee with Administrative Secretaries of Finance Department, Industries and Commerce Department, Labour & Employment Department, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and representatives from DDU-GKY and CTSA as its members.
