New Delhi, Sept 21: The Victoria Global University awarded Honorary Doctrates to eminent Doctors and other personalities.
Dr. Abhiram Kulshreshtha, Director General of National Institute for Education & Research welcomed the chief guest and guest of honor and other participants on the occasion.
Ram Das Athawale, Minister of State of Social Justice & Empowerment was the chief guest and guest of honors were H.S. Paul of Daily Excelsior, Amrit Kaur – Mrs.United Nations International 2016 and Dr. P. Kaniappan, World renowned Mathematician & Former Vice Chancellor of Alagappa University.
Life Time Achievement Award in Cardiology and Opthalmology was given to V Jaypal & Dr. Ashok Garg respectively.
