REASI, Sept 26: Driver and cleaner of a tipper died when the vehicle rolled down into a deep gorge at Dhaman Nallah in Arnas, here today.
The deceased were identified as Kuldeep Singh (driver), son of Suram Chand and Subhash Singh, son of Chanda Ram, both resident of Matlot. The duo reportedly died on the spot.
The accident took place this evening around 8.30 p.m when the Tipper, bearing registration number JK14-6411 and coming from Dharmari to Matlot in Arnas, rolled down around 500 meters deep Nallah.
It took around an hour to evacuate the bodies to hospital.
