JAMMU, Sept 30: Gulzar Hussain, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kargil has been given additional charge of Deputy Commissioner Kargil and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil till further orders.
An order to this effect was issued by the General Administration Department today.
