JAMMU, Oct 14: The Government SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu in collaboration with NSDC UDAAN organised a two-day mega placement drive in the College premises wherein large number of job seekers participated.
As many as 15 reputed companies like Access Health Services Pvt. Ltd, Apollo Medskills, Darcl Logistics Ltd, Experis IT Private Ltd, Oerlikon Graziano Transmission India Pvt Ltd, Gumbi Software, KPMG, Ligare (Erstwhile Religare Voyages Ltd, Mount Talent Consulting, Quess Corp Ltd, Rooman Technologies, S.E-Biz, TCS and Associates Pvt Ltd, VISPL, Sahaj E Village visited the venue and conducted interviews of 157 candidates for their companies for various positions.
Engineer Ajay Pal Singh, Mobilisation Officer NSDC coordinated the placement drive and the students of Part III & Sem – V of the college also got an opportunity to interact with the corporate personnel.
Prof. J.L. Bhagat, Principal of the College encouraged and guided the participating students for utilising the opportunity to secure jobs in the reputed companies. He said the College will continue to strive for helping the students for facilitating their placement in the market with the help of corporate sector and organize frequent such drive in future as well.
