JAMMU, Oct 24: A mentally unsound man, who was here in Jammu for the pilgrimage of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine at Katra, went missing this morning.
He has been identified as Om Prakash Jha (62), son of Late Jogendra Jha. Having 5.10 feet height, he was wearing blue shirt, brown trouser and slippers when last seen.
