SSSK organizes concert

JAMMU, Oct 24: Saraswati Sangeet Kala Mandir (SSSK) today presented sixth episode of “Chaand Sitaare Chhoone Do”, a musical concert featuring budding artists a cultural programme in the memory of Late Dr J R Sharma at K L Saigal Hall on the eve of Diwali.
Additional Secretary J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages was the chief guest, Gambhir Singh Charak, Incharge Youth Wing of Dogra Sadar Sabha was the guest of honour and  V K Sambyal (Retd Director AIR) was guest of honour.
The Saraswati Sangeet Kala Mandir is the oldest institution of J&K established in 1949 founded by Late Dr J R Sharma. The sixth series of “Chaand Sitaare Chhoone Do” was performed by youngest students of Saraswati Sangeet Kala Mandir.
Participants who performed as under Aarushi Tuli, Saanvi Anand, Suchika Jamwal, Sanchita, Saibaa Gupta, Saisha Gupta, Anubhav, Akashat Kohli, Pranvi, Harshit Sharma, Archit Jamwal, Vanshika Bakshi, Sunandani Jamwal were accompanished Rahul Bhardwaj on Tabla, Monty Janotra on Synth & Richar Teji on guitar. The programme was compared by Rajni Sharma.
