JAMMU, Oct 24: PM package and non package employees have expressed their anger over the non release of their salaries since July by the Government and termed it a discriminatory attitude of the authorities towards them.
These employees who are on protest here for over last two months now said the conditions for their return are not conducive as there is complete shutdown in Valley and the separatists and terrorist rule the roost. So under these circumstances their safety and security is in danger.
They said it is a pity that the government has not taken any step in releasing the salaries of last three months and many employees are unable to celebrate the holy festival of Diwali this time.
In an appeal to government these employees demanded immediate release of salaries
