SAMBA, Oct 26: Samba Police has arrested a two wheeler lifter from Ward No 9 Samba and recovered three motor cycles and one scooter from his hideout which he had stolen from different areas.
The Samba police on a tip off raided the hideout today and recovered the motor cycles and a scooty.
He has been identified as Devinder Kumar, S/o Bihari Lal resident of Ward No 9 Samba. The Police has registered FIR number 167 under Section 379 RPC against him.
