The geographical terrain and location of Bhaderwah hospital does not allow the shifting of this hospital to Dandi which is five kilometers from the town. This hospital is ideally located and is easy approachable to all people. The best is to modernise it, and make all facilities available here.
The hospital at Dandi should also be made functional as it will cater to the needs of people living in its vicinity. Its working will lessen the burden on the existing hospital. If this idea suits the administration, and people it will improve the medicare facilities in the area quite drastically.
The administration should keep in mind the interests of people who are already facing many problems here. Besides, the local people should be involved in the decision making process. Afterall, all schemes are supposed to cater to the welfare of people, and not to harm them.
