LPG supply hit

Sir,
Recent Govt decision with regard to LPG cap has put consumers in great trouble. The old practice of LPG delivery has been abruptly stopped with no consideration of consumer care. The only alternative left for consumer is to move towards the dealer concerned along the LPG cylinder to meet his basic  need. The people stand in long queues for their turn that takes hours together and at times return empty. They suffer both mentally and monetarily. Not more than year back one verification was done and it is not justified to go for the same again. This is a continuous process and can take months together and till then the question of home delivery does not arise as the present situation is concerned. The cap on LPG is a matter of serious concern. A consumer will get only three cylinders till March, 2013 and it has added fuel to the fire.
People below the poverty line  and lower middle class are hard hit and dejected. Common man is already over-burdened with the price rise of essentials. The system of verification and supply of LPG cylinders has adversely affected the consumer. There is no dear cut policy from the Govt with regard to price of cylinder and the present scenario is confusing and quite contradictory.
The old infirm and senior citizens cannot withstand this hard process of verification and as such should not be debarred from supply of gas cylinders when they need it. The old practice of home delivery should start as early as possible to save  the common man from the pain. The State and the Central Governments  should feel  the pulse of the people and plan a system where everybody gets sigh of relief and ease that is the need of the hour.
Yours etc…
