Dr Bhavneet’s ‘The Spirit of Chiron’ released

JAMMU, Nov 6: Dogri Sanstha Jammu released an allegoric work of fiction and philosophy entitled ‘The Spirit of Chiron’ written by Dr Bhavneet Kaur , a specialist in pediatric dentistry, in presence of august gathering of intellectual, writers of various languages, senior members of civil society at K.L. Saigal Hall of J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages here today.
A 223 pages novel in poetic English, published by Highbrow Publications, is a piece of fiction which creates an unconscious awareness at multidimensional level of experience provoking intellectual abstractions for many.
Speaking on this occasion as the chief guest Prof. RD Sharma congratulated the writer for writing  such an inspiring piece of literature blended with that touches the core of the heart of readers .
“As depicted in the novel love and pain are two facets of human life experienced by everybody in every field and the writer has successfully dealt with this universal subject meticulously. Love inspires and strengthens human values. He quoted some instance of his life where love for humanity won over the negativity”, he added.
Dr. Lalit Magotra, eminent litterateur, fiction writer and Convener (Dogri) at Sahitya Akademi New Delhi who presided over the function said that with the publication of every genuine book humanity takes a step further but with the publication of  this unique book  ‘ The Spirit of Chiron’   the humanity has taken a leap forward. He said, this book is different in a different way.
“The book gives a message of universal love and inspires one to upright  and bold in the face of failure”, he added.
Dr Garima Gupta of English Department, Jammu University read out a scholarly paper on the released book which was much appreciated by one and all. Dr Bhavneet Kaur shared her writing process   and philosophy of life and said that love is answer to every pain and healing others opens doors of salvation from one’s pain.
Dr. Arvinder Singh Aman, Additional Secretary JKAACL also spoke on this occasion and said that such books are the treasure-house of humanity and the writer deserves kudos .
Earlier Chhatrapal ,President Dogri Sanstha, welcomed the audience and gave brief description of the novel.
