MENDHAR, Nov 7: Taking serious note of the worst ever BSNL services in Mendhar, Mankote and Balakote areas of district Poonch, Sub Divisional Magistrate Mendhar Thakur Sher Singh today served notice to SDO BSNL Poonch Deepak Kumar and Junior Telecom Officer Mendhar Rajinder Kumar under section 133 CrPC ( Criminal procedure of Court) for deficient BSNL services.
After long public hue and cry and observing callous attitude of the concerned BSNL officers, the SDM today served notice to these officers asking them to appear in person in the court of the Magistrate and explain as to why the landline, broadband, Mobile and data services have not been improved despite repeated public protests for the last many months. He also directed SHO Mendhar to execute the order in case both the officials failed to obey the directives.
