KISHTWAR, Nov 9: Seven persons were injured, when the mini-bus they were traveling in met with an accident, here today.
As per police sources, a mini-bus bearing registration number JK06-0469 met with accident, when it was on its way from Padyarna to Kishtwar, resulting into injuries to seven persons.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured persons to hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable, when reports last came in.
The injured have been identified as Mohammad Ayoob, son of Lal Mohammad of Keru Dool, Ghulam Hussain, son of Abdul Slam of Dool, Arif Hussain, son of Abdul Qayoom of Padyarna, Mohammad Younis, son of Mohammad Ismail of Padyarna, Nadeem Ahmed Dhobi, son of Sunna Wala Dhobi of Dool, Khalid Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed of Dhar Bani and Ashfaq Ahmed (conductor), son of Manzoor Ahmed of Charol Nagseni.
Concerned police has taken cognizance in this regard.
