JAMMU, Nov 10: Fast Track Court today rejected the bail application of one Ravi Kumar Dhar of Munshi Chak, who was allegedly involved in rape case.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “crime of rape is not only a crime against a person/or woman but it is a crime against the whole society”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
