NEW DELHI: The Vidyut Jamwal and Adah Sharma-starrer “Commando 2” will release in theatres on January 6 next year.
The release date of the film, sequel to Vidyut’s 2013 hit film ‘Commando’, which released him alongside former Miss India Pooja Chopra, was announced by him on twitter. “‘Commando 2’ releasing on 6th January 2017,” he tweeted.
The film also features actress Esha Gupta in a key role. ‘Commando 2’ has been produced by “Namastey London” director Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who was responsible for giving Vidyut the break as a baddie in “Force”.
The role fetched him the Filmfare Award for Best Debut (Male). Trade sources say that “Commando 2” revolves around the issue of black money. (AGENCIES)
