Gupta announces funds for renovation of JKMEF office

JAMMU, Nov 12: MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta, today announced release of necessary funds required for the renovation of existing office building of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation.
The MLA announced funds during his special visit to JKMEF head office at office complex of Director Health Services (DHS), Jammu on the invitation of the Federation.
Earlier this week a team of JKMEF led by Sushil Sudan had met with Rajesh Gupta and requested him to arrange funds for the renovation and extension of JKMEF Head office, where the employees coming from far flung areas get shelter and it acts also as a resting place while attending to their official duties in the city.
Gupta was accompanied by a team of top officials from PWD and Health Department (Yasair Kichloo Executive Engineer, PWD and Dr Ajay K Gupta, Deputy Director, Health Services HQ, Jammu).
Rajesh Gupta while addressing the gathering announced release of all the necessary funds required for the construction of 2-room set at first floor and other necessary portion of the Head office of the Federation.
Prominent among others who attended the convention were Vinod Kumar Sharma, secretary general, JKMEF and Basic Health Employees Association, Choudhary Jarnail Singh, working president, Jammu Kashmir Government Pharmacist Association, Mohd Saleem, president, Clerical Association and Anoop Singh, president, Drivers and Cleaners Union (SHTO, Jammu).
