JAMMU, Nov 17: Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Akhnoor under the chairmanship of Pooja Raina, Munsiff, Akhnoor opened a temporary Legal Aid Clinic for providing all legal assistance to the victims of the cross border firing at migrant camp in tehsil Akhnoor.
The migrants were ensured proper shelter and distribution of relief material as well as timely supply of basic necessary items for their stay at the relief camps in Tehsil Khour.
Apart from opening Legal Aid Clinic, Munsiff Akhnoor interacted with the victims of the border firing in camps at Government Higher Secondary School Khour and Satsang Bhawan.
Chairman, TLSC Akhnoor was accompanied by SDPO Akhnoor Gurvinder Pal Singh, SHO Akhnoor Inspector Pushpinder Singh, SDM Khour, Tehsildar Khour and other prominent persons.
