JAMMU, Dec 1: Three day medical camp organized by Acharaya Shri Chandar College of Medical Sciences (ASCOMS) with Indian Oil Limited (IOL) at Indian Oil Bulk Depot Jammu for truck drivers concluded today wherein around 180 persons were given treatment.
The camp was organized under the supervision on the initiative of Indian Oil Limited and Doctors who lend their service included Dr Maneesha (SR), Dr Anjali Slathia (SR), Dr AS Bali (Assistant Prof) and Dr Tarun.
Truck drivers on the occasion appreciated efforts of ASCOMS and IOL in providing much needed eye check and blood pressure check up camp.
They also requested ASCOMS authorities to continue this trend of holding camps for drivers, who otherwise remain deprived of medical facilities.
The Camp under which eye check up and blood pressure was examined was organized on November 29 and concluded today.
Vishal Pathania Assistant Manager, ASCOMS and Hospital coordinate the camp with the assistance from India oil limited.
