SRINAGAR, Oct 7: A meeting of the core committee members (Kashmir province) of Brahman Maha Mandal, Kashmir, was held today at Shri Ram Ashram (TRIK) Fateh Kadal Srinagar after a gap of 22 years.
A spokesman of the Mandal said that the meeting was presided over by Dr T N Ganjoo, in which Bushan Lal Ganjoo, Vir Ji Raina and Ajay Bharti were nominated as joint secretaries for Srinagar, Baramulla and Anantnag districts respectively.
The meeting decided that the building of the Mandal at Ganpatyar-Habba Kadal would be renovated on priority.
B L Handoo, President Brahman Maha Mandal gave a brief of the activities held at Jammu for the revival of the Mandal. Among others the meeting was attended by Rattan Lal Koul, Hari Kumar, Bal Kumar Kharoo and M K Kharoo and Ramesh Razdan.
