JAMMU, Dec 4: Giving a call for complete pen down strike on December 8-9 and Secretariat Gherao on December 10, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Department Clerical Staff Association has appealed the Government to solve the long pending demand of the employees regarding removal of pay anomalies of Clerical cadre by implementing the High Court order in this regard.
An emergency meeting of the Association was held here today under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, State president, for announcing call by clerical cadre employees for pen down strike and deciding to assemble in front of the Press Club Jammu on December 10 to march for Secretariat Gherao.
The meet appealed the Government to solve long pending demand of the clerical cadre employees regarding removal of their pay anomalies by implementing the High Court order vide SWP number 3058/2015 MP No 01/2015 in letter and spirit.
The meet also highlighted some other demands of the Association, which include DPC in all the departments after every six months, implementation of 7th Pay Commission, dislocation Allowance to all the officials who are posted outside their home district, and regularization of daily wagers.
The meeting was attended by Bharat Bhushan, Khurshid Ahmad, Ashok Singh, Yashpaul Sharma, Meenakshi Sharma, Munish Sharma, Jaswant Singh, Ansuya Gupta, Vishwa Bandu, Seva Ram Rathore, Farida Bano, Lekh Raj, Om Parkash, Vikas Chander, Arun Sharma, Mohd Sadiq, Javid Akhoon, Kapil Gupta, Sandeep Singh, Vikas Sharma, Ranbir Singh and others.
