JAMMU, Dec 7: The inhabitants of Ward-35, Ram Vihar, Old Janipur, have highlighted various demands and grievances and urged the authorities concerned to mitigate the same at an earliest.
The demands pertained to proper maintenance of the JDA Park, repairing all damaged articles installed in the park, proper lighting system especially in its middle, installation of dust bin, making proper sitting arrangements for the visitors, especially the old-aged morning and evening walkers and children, making available water, tea/coffee, cold drinks at a proper stall and above all appointing a guard to look after the park.
The Mohalla Welfare Committee of Ram Vihar also demanded urgent repairs of lanes and drains of Ram Vihar.
