REASI, Dec 8: Two adjoi-ning kachha houses were gutted in fire at Chassana, here today when the family members had gone to attend a marriage function.
Reports said that the houses, belonging to Karnail Singh, son of Prem Singh and Puran Singh, son of Sobha Ram, caught fire apparently due to electric short circuit. The blazes soon engulfed the houses reducing everything to ashes even as there was no loss of life or injury to anyone.
