NEW DELHI, Oct 8:
To meet the sentiments and aspirations of people, public sector lender Punjab National Bank (PNB) today announced a series of relaxations and concessions, including full waiver of processing fee on housing, car and personal loans.
Besides, the Bank has also decided to slash the rate of interest on housing loans up to Rs 75 lakh to 10.50 per cent per annum, the base rate of the lender, it said in a statement.
Car finance will be made available up to 100 per cent of ex-showroom price at very competitive rates of 11.5 per cent to 12 per cent, it said.
Personal Loan available up to Rs 5 lakh at very attractive interest rates while loans for purchase of consumer durables will be made available at a very attractive rate of interest of 15 per cent with no processing charges, it added.
The offer which starts tomorrow will be valid till November 30 this year.
