UDHAMPUR, Dec 15: BJP State president & MLA Sat Sharma, along with BJP State general secretary Pawan Khajuria and other senior leaders, addressed a massive gathering of party activists of Udhampur Assembly Constituency.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the gathering, said that the BJP has been reaching out to the people of the State through its senior leaders, ministers, MLAs, MLCs in order to cover each and every nook and corner to interact with the people in their respective areas and inform them about the achievements of the Narendra Modi Government and the BJP coalition in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the people had rejected Congress, NC and Panthers Party in the State in general and Jammu province in particular as they were fed up with the mis-governance and corruption and brought in BJP for development and rooting out corruption.
“Since the day first after formation of coalition with PDP, the BJP ministers have been working towards the mitigation of the problems of the people besides taking effective steps for the fulfillment of the poll promises”, Sat said and added that BJP-PDP has provided a people-friendly governance in the State.
BJP chief said that a number of historic decision have been taken by Narendra Modi Government at the Centre and the opposition parties have unleashed a misinformation campaign to mislead the people with a motive of diverting their attention from the achievements of the Union Government.
State general secretary Pawan Khajuria, while addressing the gathering, cautioned the party activists to remain vigilant as the growing popularity of BJP Governments at the Centre and in the State is not being digested by the opposition parties and there is a need of making people aware of the type of politics being played by opposition party.
