NEW DELHI, Dec 16: Online healthcare platform Practo has acquired Bengaluru-based advanced analytics firm Enlightiks with a focus on healthcare for an undisclosed amount.
The entire team of 50 people from Enlightiks will join Practo and will form the analytics business unit within Practo and will be headed by Enlightiks co-founder and CEO Vamsi Chandra Kasivajjala, Practo said in a statement.
Practo founder and CEO Shashank N D said: “This is our fifth acquisition and third in the enterprise space. This brings Practo closer to its vision of simplifying healthcare by providing end-to-end solutions for the entire ecosystem.”
However, Practo did not provide any financial detail about the acquisition.
“We share the same passion for democratising healthcare access for billions of people where business intelligence and analytics are critical,” Kasivajjala said.
“The company chose Practo so that it could collaborate and work towards offering superior, comprehensive and integrated solutions for healthcare providers.” (PTI)
