BPCL organizes ‘Petroleum Conservation Week’

JAMMU, Dec 16: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) organized ‘Petroleum Conservation Week’ from December 8 to 14 at Jammu Depot in collaboration with Retail, LPG, I&C and Lube Jammu.
As a part of the event, a training programme for drivers of Jammu Depot of BPCL was organized. During the week-long programme, officials of Jammu depot and transport crew members were made aware about the importance of “Teil Bachao Desh Bachao”. The event carried out with equal excitement and enthusiasm.
The event started with safety pledge followed by tips on ‘Teil’, LPG, and Jal Bachao Desh Bachao. BPCL Retail Territory, Mohd Amin Wani, Nissar Ahmed Parray, Om Prakas (I&C), SK Datta (LPG), Mayur Metha (Lubes) and Sushil Kumar (PCRA) addressed the TL crew and discussed the importance of ‘Teil Bachao Desh Bachao’ and maintenance of tank lorries.
Safety First Aid and PCRA Training Certificates were distributed among the tank lorry crew on successfully completing the training.
