SRINAGAR, Dec 20: In order to reach out to the people of militancy infested areas, CRPF along with police and civil administration installed 20 LED lights at different places of Pulwama town.
A CRPF spokesperson said, “20 LED lights have been installed under the Civic Action Programme by 182 Battalion, CRPF. The lights were installed under the supervision of Narendra Pal Singh, Commandant, Hans Raj Meena DC (Ops)”.
He further informed that LED lights were installed at Tahab Village, Murran Chowk, crossing near Government Degree College for Women Pulwama and Bonoora crossing near District Jail Complex Pulwama.
Local administration and civil hoped that this initiative will bridge gaps between people and security forces.
Meanwhile, Narendra Pal Singh, Commandant highlighted development endeavors initiated by 182 Battalion and assured that CRPF is committed to organize such programmes in future also.
