JAMMU, Dec 20: Master Sansarchand Baru Memorial Charitable Trust today organized National Art Workshop “Vidya Dan Mahadan” in connection with 155th birthday celebration of Madhan Mohan Maliya at Kala Kendra here today.
The four day art workshop was attended by children from different schools of the region. A multimedia presentation was also shown to them in which several new innovative methods were also discussed which would be helpful in calculating the taste of art and painting in them.
The artists while interacting with the students put light on the life history of various arts especially Master Sansarchand Baru to inspire them to take art seriously and to take it as an option to make a successful career.
The artists said that these activities bring all-round development of the students and provide a plate form to budding talent.
President Master Sansarchand Baru Memorial Charitable Trust, Anuradha Reshi, while interacting with the students dwelt on various facets of art especially that of Jammu and Kashmir. She said that trust would be soon be organizing several art workshops across the State, so that the young and budding artist get an opportunity to interact with several eminent artists of the country.
The workshop was attended by MA Mahboob, ND Jamwal, Bhubnesvar Baskar, Deepti Nariyan Chattophaady, Vijay Koul, JP Singh, Sanjay Sahani, Javid Iqbal, Poonam Chandrika, Yogita, Neena Davi, Anjum Khan, Masarat and Vandana Dubey.
