JAMMU, Dec 22: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, a man identified as Vivek Kumar (31) son of Sham Lal, resident of Nowshera (Rajouri) and at present residing in Narwal Bala (Jammu), was shifted yesterday here at GMCH after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Narwal Highway.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 8.40 am. After completing all medico legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
