LONDON, Dec 25: Actress Kate Beckinsale says she has “never” drunk an entire glass of alcohol in her life.
The 43-year-old star has revealed that she doesn’t drink and has never let more than a drop of booze pass her lips because she claims it goes to her head “very quickly”, reported Femalefirst.
“I don’t drink alcohol. I feel (its effects) very quickly, so I’ve never actually had an entire glass of anything alcoholic.
The actress said she lives a healthy lifestyle and works out most mornings.
“I basically wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I prefer to get it done in the morning. That said I don’t naturally get up early. It would be much better for me if the entire world went to bed at 4am and woke up at noon.
“But it doesn’t, so I’m usually staggering around first thing.”
Beckinsale said that she believes her “hardcore workouts” have made a “big difference” to her life because it allows the actress to channel her “internal energy”.
“Hardcore workouts have really made a big difference in my life. I have a lot of internal energy, and intense exercise helps me channel that energy.” (PTI)
