I-cards for refugees

Sir,
At last the NDA Government headed by Modi realised that neglected lot of our society, the victims of partition, languishing for their rights for nearly seven decades in Jammu should  get some relief and fulfilment of their hopes. Those from PoK have started getting rehabilitation and relief cheques and other families are in the row. The process has started and the entire problem of 70 years is hoped to be resolved to a larger extent.
The Government decided to issue identity cards to the refugees of WP in order to help them for getting certain services and utilities as also for employment with Central Government departments but a row has been created by the separatists, the National Conference and some independent MLAs. The row in Kashmir valley was similarly seen in respect of proposed colonies for displaced Kashmiri Pandits. Even the masters of such elements sitting across the border, Pakistan too echoed the voice of fanatics to prevent any resolving efforts of the problems of these refugees.
For every issue of breaking old status quo scenario Government has to encounter  such opposition in the Valley purely on communal grounds which cannot be accepted in a secular country India. Such anti secular and anti India leaders are advised to mend their ways and see the reason.
Yours etc…
