JAMMU, Jan 8: Anti-tank mine was recovered from Bandu Rakh area, falling under the jurisdiction of Gangyal police station here this evening.
As per police sources, a resident of Bandu Rakh noticed anti-tank mine this evening and informed police.
On the information, police personnel rushed to the spot and took the anti-tank mine into their possession. The approaching road to Bandu Rakh has been closed for vehicular movement.
The mine will be defused by the bomb disposal squad of Army tomorrow.
