Seerat and Jhilmil Mengi of BA Honours (III Semester) of Govt. PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu,who brought laurels by bagging 1st and 3rd prize respectively in District Level Declamation Competition, organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs in collaboration with Bharat Scouts and Guides. Seerat also clinched 1st prize at the State Level in the same competition held at Kathua. Now she will be representing State at National Level in Delhi.
