KISHTWAR, Jan 16: District Kishtwar has been adjudged first in the category of Solar Home Lights under Off grid & Decentralized Solar Applications Prog during 2015-16.
A communiqué in this regard was received by District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kishtwar Ghulam Nabi Balwan from Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, New Delhi.
The award will be presented by Minister for Coal, Power, Mine and NRE in a function to be held on January 24 at 9:30 am in Gulmohar Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodha Road, New Delhi.
