JAMMU : Dr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, Deputy Chief Minister, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Dr. Singh briefed the Governor about the steps being taken for mitigating sufferings of people caused due to heavy snow fall and rains in the State, present power supply situation. He also apprised the Governor about various initiatives being taken in by the departments under his charge, the work so far concluded in the ongoing Assembly Session and the significant initiatives which were planned to be taken by Government in February-April 2017.
