JAMMU, Oct 13: Director Estates, Ramesh Koul today inspected renovation, repair and maintenance works undertaken in the Estates owned colonies in Jammu city.
Deputy Director, Estates, Arun Manhas, XEn Estates, Sheikh Rashid Mustafa and other senior functionaries of the department accompanied the Director.
Director Estates asked the field functionaries to expedite the works and ensure that the same are completed well before the stipulated time so that the move employees may not face any problem at the time of darbar move.
Mr Koul directed the officers to provide all requisite help to the employees who make use of the helpline set up in the office of the Deputy Director Estates Jammu with regard to the problem pertaining to power and water supply, plumbing works, drainage, cleanliness of colonies and other allied works.
The Director also called upon the employees to access the recently launched website of the Estates Department to keep themselves abreast with the functioning of the department including the allotment orders to be issued for darbar move winter session 2012-13.
