JAMMU, Feb 8: Relief holders have expressed concern against the delaying tactics of the authorities in registering the new born babies in ration cards as well as bifurcation of ration cards.
In a statement Sunil Pandit representative of relief holders, day in and day out new rules are being made for bifurcation of ration cards and inclusion of new born babies by the Relief Organization.
He said while a child is granted admission in government school at the age of six the relief authorities ask parents to produce school certificate for four year baby which is not possible. This is being done to cause unnecessary delay in inclusion process, he added.
The relief holders in a pea to Relief and Rehabilitation Minister have sought his intervention in the matter.
