Mehbooba praises Governor House lawns, terms CM House’s garden as ‘jungle’

JAMMU:  Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today had all praise for the lawns at Raj Bhawan but termed the garden at Chief Minister’s residence as ‘jungle’.

“How can you have such beautiful flowers but we do not have the same in our lawns,” the Chief Minister said while leaving the Raj Bhawan after oath ceremony of Mohammad Altaf  Bukhari, who was inducted into Council of Ministers’ here this afternoon.

“See beautiful flowers are blooming here, it’s really looking nice. Our garden has been made as jungle,” she expressed.

She was flanked by Governor N N Vohra and a group of ministers while inspecting the lawns.

Ms Mufti today re-inducted former minister Mohamamd Altaf  Bukhari into her Council of Minister thus taking the number to 24.

One more minister will also be inducted into the ministry to complete the final number of 25 ministers in PDP-BJP Government.
