JAMMU, Mar 7: Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of two real brothers namely Mohd Raiz and Farjaneet Ali of Reasi, who were involved in kidnapping and rape case.
After hearing both the sides, the court observed, “the offences which the accused persons have allegedly committed are not only lamentable but also deplorable”.
“While dealing with the bail applications, no roving enquiry is required but prima facie evidence and gravity of the offences are to be taken into account”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
