Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Mar 20: A delegation of youth of Bimlya, Thangrore, Una, and  Kantha Panchayats,  led by Sarpanch Suresh Kumar, Mohan Lal and others of the area,  met former MLC and chief spokesperson of J&K State Congress,  Ravinder Sharma and complained him that they have not been provided job opportunities in Shiv Khori Shrine Board as they are residing in the nearest area of Shiv Khori.
They said that youth of distant areas have been accommodated on pick and choose basis as a result there is large scale resentment amongst the local youth. They demanded that being local, they should have been provided job opportunities on priority basis.
The delegation demanded that local youth should get adequate representation in job opportunities through fair and transparent manner otherwise  they will be compelled  to come on street to lodge their protest.
Ravinder Sharma, gave patient hearing to the deputation and immediately talked to Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr  Pawan Kotwal and apprised him about the matter.
