JAMMU, Mar 22: Ashok Kumar Koul, Ex-Registrar General of J&K High Court has been appointed as Registrar Law National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
The NHRC is the watch dog of the human rights of the people. This is for the first time that any judicial officer from Jammu and Kashmir has got such an assignment in NHRC.
