JAMMU, Mar 23: In a contempt petition, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed the Secretary to Government, Public Health Engineering Department to produce copy of the Water Policy within four weeks or appear in person on next date of hearing.
After hearing Advocate Aseem Sawhney for the contempt petition where as Deputy AG Ranjeet Singh for the State, the DB allowed the application seeking dispensation of personal appearance of Secretary PHE.
However, the DB directed him to produce copy of the Water Policy within a period of four weeks from today failing which he shall remain present before this court on April 18, 2017.
