JAMMU, Mar 26: Speaker Legislative Assembly Kavinder Gupta today inaugurated Heal-n-Health Pharmacy- a State of the art and most hygienic drug store at Upper Gadhi Garh Road in presence of its Managing Director Rajiv Duggal and partner Roopam Gandotra.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta hoped that free medical check up camps and health awareness programmes as mentioned by Managing Director of the Pharmacy will help local population especially those who cannot afford such facilities at private centres.
Wishing the owners of “Heal n Health Pharmacy” a success in their endeavour, the Speaker said there was a need of more such young people setting up independent units and reducing their dependency on Government jobs.
MD Rajiv Duggal in his address assured that all medicines will be sold as per drug and cosmetic act and the company also plans to give discount ranging from 15 to 40 per cent on different medicines.
He said that special discount will be given on all medicines including surgical items and veterinary medicines.
He said that additional discount will also be given on diagnostic tests besides “Heal n Health Pharmacy” plans to hold free medical check up camps and health awareness programmes for their valued customers and common people.
Assuring that proper bills will be issued to the buyers, Duggal said that with the passage of time specialists doctors in different fields will also be made available at the Pharmacy.
