Dillawar Mir, BJP leaders seek vote for PDP candidates

JAMMU, Mar 26: Senior PDP leader and former Minister Mohamed Dillawar Mir today appealed the Kashmiri Pandits to vote in favour of PDP candidates from Anantnag and Srinagar Parliament Constituencies.
Addressing a joint meeting of PDP and BJP activist here today organized by Migrant Wing of the Party, Mir said PDP stands for strengthening basic values of democracy in the State and restoration of confidence of the people in the democratic setup of the country.
Addressing the meeting PDP Migrant Cell president Ashok Sidha its general secretary R K Pardesi, press secretary S K Raina, Sunil Bhat Organising secretary also appealed the people to vote for Mufti Tasaduk Hussian for Anantnag Lok Sabha seat and N A Khan for Srinagar Lok Sabha seat.
They also appealed the migrants to fill up the M Forms and ensure full participation in the elections.
BJP Displaced district president Chand Ji Bhat, Behari Lal , Veena Gurtoo, B B Gosani and Sweety Kaul also spoke on the occasion and appealed people to vote for PDP candidates and ensure defeat of NC and Congress responsible for mass migration of Pandits from Valley.
Besides C L Dhar, M K Bambroo, MK Raina, Nana Ji Wattal, Nana Ji Raina, B B Sadhu, Roshan Lal, T N Bhat, Sunil Bali, Sahab Ji, Duga Nath, M K Bhat also addressed the meting.
