KATHUA, Mar 27: The Kathua branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) today elected its office bearers for the year 2017-18.
Gandharb Singh Katal, Chairman, Nav Adarsh Higher Secondary School Kathua, was elected as President. Ashok Kumar Gupta was unanimously asked to continue as General Secretary for the fourth term while Jai Gopal was elected as cashier and KK Pargal was elected as senior vice president.
