KATRA, Mar 30: A female NRI pilgrim died here today due to cardiac arrest while on way to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
The deceased was identified as Leela Baneedeen (70), wife of Som Baneedeen, resident of Mauritius. She became unconscious at Charanpaduka and was shifted to Pushpanjali dispensary where doctors declared her as brought dead.
After autopsy dead body has been handed over to legal heirs.
