JAMMU, Apr 1: Richa Gupta, daughter of Vinod Gupta of Jammu, presented a scientific paper in International Convention of Psychological Scien-ce (ICPS-2017), recently held at Vienna, Austria.
Pursuing her Ph D from Department of Psychology, Univer-sity of Jammu, Richa Gupta was awarded with travel grant by Association for Psychological Science, USA (previously the American Psychological Society) to present her paper in the ICPS-2017.
The paper was based on original research done by Richa Gupta and Prof Arti Bakshi in the area of exploration into the factors that moderate and mediate the relationship between workplace bullying and well-being.
Besides paper presentation, Richa Gupta also attended ICPS Pre-Conference Teaching Institute featuring talks from leading experts in the research and application of empirical approaches to teaching psychological science.
Presently she is working as Assistant Professor (Psychology), Department of Higher Education, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
