JAMMU, Apr 1: Miran Sahib police worked out a theft case with the arrest of a burglar.
As per police sources, based on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib police station apprehended a thief.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Benia, son of Hakam Din, a resident of Marallian, RS Pura.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 52/17 under Section 380 RPC with Miran Sahib police station.
Further questioning of the accused is going on to ascertain the involvement of the accused in other theft cases.
Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib Inspector Pawan Kumar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
