JAMMU, Apr 3: Bishnah police rescued a kidnapped minor girl.
As per police sources, family members of a minor girl lodged a complaint with Police Station Bishnah stating that their daughter has been kidnapped by Pawan Kumar, son of Janak Raj, a resident of village Thwekrayadi.
Acting over the complaint, a case under relevant Sections has been registered at Bishnah police station and hunt has been launched to rescue the kidnapped girl and arrest the accused.
On specific information, a team from Bishnah Police Station conducted raid and rescued the kidnapped girl. However, the accused escaped from the spot.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector PP Singh rescued the kidnapped minor girl under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary and SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal.
